WELCOME TO BERNE!

Some things have changed since your last visit! Please read!

NEW IN 2021: We have expanded the ways in which you can order a pizza this season.

Advanced Reservations

We are taking advanced reservations due to capacity limits as a result of COVID protocols. This could change if state guidance changes. Advanced orders can be placed through eventbrite by searching for Berne Wood-Fired Pizza. If the date you want to make a reservation for is not found, it has likely not been posted yet. Reservations must be made based on the size of your group (parties of 1-2, 3-4, or 5-6). No groups larger than six can sit together per State of Minnesota COVID guidance. All members of your party should arrive and check in at the same time. Please remain in your designated area while on the grounds unless visiting concessions or using the bathroom, and wear a mask unless in your assigned seat and eating or drinking. No refunds are issued unless weather permits us from cooking pizza.

Walk-Ups:

If you arrive without an advanced reservation, you will be seated based on group size (parties of 1-2, 3-4, or 5-6). No groups larger than six can be seated together per State of Minnesota covid guidance. If there are no tickets available based on your group's size, you can divide into smaller groups (if tickets are available) or order pizza to go; please bring cash with exact change. Pizza prices are $20 or $23.

Take Out Orders:

Those wishing to take a pizza home may order but will be required to return to their cars until their pizza is ready. Please pay in cash with exact change ($20 or $23). When pizza is ready, order numbers will be announced on our radio station - 98.1 FM. Return to the pizza pick-up table to quickly grab your pizza to go! Please wear a mask at all times.

COVID Protocols:

We will be doing everything we can to make our events as safe as possible, per State of Minnesota guidance. We ask that you help us by abiding by the following:

  • DO NOT ATTEND if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive in the past 14 days.

  • Wear a mask unless you are in your assigned seat and eating or drinking.

  • Sit in your assigned seat. Seating will be socially distanced.

  • Do not congregate with groups not in your party.

  • Remain seated throughout your visit unless visiting concessions or the restroom.

  • Remain socially distanced from others six feet while waiting in lines to order pizza, use the bathrooms, or concessions.

Additional Information:

  • Pizzas are served in a box. If you prefer plates, bring your own. Garbage must be carried out when you go. There is no dumpster. Please bring plastic bags to pack out any waste.

  • Pop, water, ice cream, and chips are sold on the grounds, but you are welcome to bring your beverage of choice, including beer or wine.

  • Bring your own lawn chairs. Seating is not provided.

  • Pizzas are cooked rain or shine unless weather is severe and cost between $20-23. Sorry, but we do not have gluten-free crusts.

  • No pets please.

  • We have portable bathrooms on the grounds, including a handicapped accessible bathroom and a handwashing station.

  • Volunteers work diligently to serve hundreds of pizzas within 3 hours each week. Come ready to relax and enjoy the atmosphere - not just the pizza! Please know we pride ourselves in serving you as quickly as possible, but we are not a traditional restaurant, and serving times will vary based on crowds.
